Most real estate brokerages and franchises offer the same services and support programs for their agents, only the name is different. Here, at SoCal Avalar Real Estate, we offer a totally different direction for our agents and customers. Instead of trying to make the current market fit our plan for success, our working plan is to fit into the current market and be successful.
We see ourselves as a group of dynamic individuals instead of the predominant static offices and franchises. We bring in talented agents, but we do not expect them to bring in the success on their own. Our success starts at the top not the bottom. We believe in true leadership and practice it. Knowledge, experience and capabilities are the benchmark for a prosperous group of people. We believe that has to begin at the top for a greater impact on the positive direction of the agents associated with our company.
Our idea of training is to involve and incorporate all the Avalar offices across the country with training for products and opportunities arising out of the current market. We think BIG because working with other Avalar offices in our large network increases our collective marketing and benefits everyone. We know being prepared with knowledge, trained by professionals and given markets and opportunities that are real and profitable today, makes us very unique. We use webinars, product sales events, networking and media to bring education to our prospective buyers. We specialize in several markets. We look for diversity in backgrounds because we know this is the key to reaching a larger client base. Ours is a proactive posture and we are very successful at making our goals with our talented team.
